Counterfeit Selling Laws – Please Help?
Hello,
I received a 2 letters from Global Protection in Australia (http://www.globalbrandprotection.net/) ,
Their legal team want me to pay $2,500 per letter for selling counterfeit goods online.
They brought 2 items from me and took photos of them and use them as evidence for companies like Asics Shoes and, Adidas Golf Club Driver.
I would never sell Copied or Counterfeit goods – I Dropship from China and never see the goods, so where do I stand if my supplier sends counterfeit goods to my buyers and has told me they are not counterfeit goods?

Its up to you to know your supplier.
To the point you go to china and see the product being made , certifying its authenticity.
You can not sell counterfeit goods.
You also need to protect the integrity of your business , by makeing sure suppliers are authentic. Taking their word for it is not enough.
